There might be some problems in forming new squads out of lack of incentive or people who think it would be too much trouble.

The fact is, for individuals who want to improve, being in a squad of reliable team mates that you can train with on a regular basis would do a whole lot for your game then mindless pubs regardless of how much you win/ lose.

So this is for those who want to play in a squad but have no idea how to start one. I propose we place our names in here; irregardless of skill level and we go duke it out. After we find team mates we are comfortable with, we send the most capable one to apply for squad leader.

I would apply to be in a squad, but maybe next year.

I'm not that free to play dota now.
