Relation between Squads, Squad Leaders, Squad Practices, Teams, Inter-MoD Tournament

Okayh. Hello there dudes! I see that all of you got the things confused.
Lemme explain step by step.

Step 1:
A person needs to apply to be squad leader by posting here

Then, if the person is selected as Squad Leader proceed to step 2.

Step 2:
Find at LEAST 4 other people of Clan MoD [They cannot be part of any other Squads. They can be Clan Lord, Clan Captain, or anyone but not part of a squad].

Step 3:
After getting at least 4 other people, a squad is formed.
The squad leader can come up with a name for the squad.
The name of the squad and the members of the squad must be registered by posting in forum.
The format would be, e.g:

Squad Name: Squad Premiere
Squad Leader: [MoD]_MyStErY
Squad Members: wmafie, idanielj, [MoD]_aRieF_, MoD_Busted.

Step 4:
Squads should have at least ONE practice a week.
Squad leaders should organize squad practices.

Step 5:
When it is time for Tournaments, ANYONE may be the TEAM CAPTAIN.
The ones who are ELIGIBLE to enter the Tournament MUST, MUST, MUST be active in FORUM and Squad Practices.
