MoD's Squad System

Hello,

The Squad System in Clan MoD is quite simple.

There will be three OFFICIAL Squads in Clan MoD.

Each squad will have a leader who is holding the rank of Squad Leader.

Each squad will have 10 members (including the Squad Leader himself).

Squad members besides the Squad Leader will get the rank of elite member [if they do not have any higher rank]

Each squad should have a schedule of Squad Practices [At least ONCE A WEEK].

The schedule must be approved by the Head of Clan Practices & Events Bureau.

Squad Leaders are responsible to make sure the other 9 members do participate in the Squad Practices.

Any changes in the squad members should be informed to the Asst. Head of Admin [2].

Any problems should be directed to either Head of Clan Practices & Events Bureau or Asst. Head of Admin [2].

Squad Practices are important as they not only help members of Clan MoD in improving their DotA skills but also are prerequisites for registration for Inter-MoD DotA Tournament.

Now we have squad leaders. Are we going to start training in squads now? There hasn't been news for awhile otherwise I wouldn't mention it.

Yerp, but before that, people would have to register the Squads first.

We're taking things go slowly.. no rushing...
